Heidi Stringer - Litherland is the Service Manager at Clinton Polley Group, Inc. She is primarily responsible for setting the bar in the area of customer service. With a focus on customer satisfaction and client retention, she oversees day to day servicing operations and assists policyholders with any service needs.

Heidi started within the insurance industry in 2000. Before accepting her Service Manager position, she was a successful account manager and worked in claims. Heidi holds Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Commercial and Personal Lines Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR), and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designations.
